Can I check in early?
Yes, although there will be an additional cost to this.
Do your flats & appartments have lifts?
Yes, all flats have lifts except for basement flats, which have no more than 12 steps.
If I book long term, how often will my property be cleaned?
For long-term stays, we clean the property twice per month unless instructed otherwise. If you want us to clean once per week, there will be an additional cost involved.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately not, because some guests are allergic to certain pets. In fact, some guests are so sensitive to cats and dogs that even with deep cleaning, they can still be affected.
